Shane brings to the firm experience in the areas of civil litigation, municipal law, business formation and planning, and real estate.
Shane is a York native and he previously worked as a paralegal for two large law firms in York City. Shane’s experience as a paralegal provides a unique and fresh perspective in practicing law, counseling clients on a variety of legal issues, and interacting with opposing counsel.
Shane enjoys evaluating municipal law, land use planning, and zoning ordinances when representing either a municipal organization or a landowner seeking to develop or utilize their property in a new manner. When counseling and practicing in litigation, Shane is clear and direct with his clients and opposing counsel. He seeks timely, lawful, and equitable results for his clients and he diligently communicates with his clients.
Shane received his Juris Doctor from Widener Commonwealth University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Shane received his Bachelor of Arts in History from York College of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Shane enjoys spending time hiking, geocaching, and cooking with his wife and two children. Shane is also on the Board for The Belmont Theatre in York, and occasionally, Shane appears on stage in plays or musicals (non-singing rolls only).
