CAROLYN J. PUGH, born York, Pennsylvania; admitted to Bar 2005, Pennsylvania; Member, York County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Agricultural Law Association.

Education: Central York High School; Pennsylvania State University (B.S. Animal Science, minors in English and Equine Science, 2002); Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 2005).

Background: While attending Dickinson, Ms. Pugh was Comments Editor of the Penn State International Law Review, a member of the Environmental Moot Court team, President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, a member of the Agricultural Law Society, and she received the prestigious CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Biotechnology Law.  Attorney Pugh also worked for the Penn State Agricultural Law Center and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel.

Prior to joining Blakey Yost, Attorney Pugh clerked for the Honorable Joseph C. Adams, Judge of the York County Court of Common Pleas.
