Overview |
Mediation: Overview Albert Blakey has been actively involved in mediations and arbitrations for the past 15 years - over 500 cases - with subject matters spanning automobile accidents, construction and commercial claims, negligence and strict liability. Over 75% of these mediations resulted in a settlement at the time of mediation or immediately thereafter. The typical format is roundtable discussion, followed by separate meetings with each party. These sessions are scheduled upon the request of all counsel involved. The fees, to be divided among all parties, currently are $600.00 for the first two hours, including administrative time, and $250.00 per hour after that. |
