Education: Pennsylvania. Education: Villanova University (B.A., 1970); Syracuse University
College of Law (J.D., 1973).
Background: Law Clerk to York County Court of Common
Pleas, 1973-1974; Assistant City Solicitor, 1978-1982, 1994-; Assistant
County Solicitor, 1988-1992. Member: York County and Pennsylvania
Bar Associations; Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association; The Association
of Trial Lawyers of America; National Association of Railroad Trial

Experience: With over twenty-five years of experience in courts of all types,
Donald Hoyt is a full-time litigator. He has concentrated extensively
in the area of personal injury law, representing both claimants
and defendants.
Mr. Hoyt has served as a court-appointed master
in custody cases, and continues to actively engage in custody, adoption
and divorce matters. Mr. Hoyt has been active in City and County
government, serving as Assistant County Solicitor, and twice as
Assistant City Solicitor. He is also active in the local bar association
committees dealing with civil litigation and health law.
