Bios: Nicole M. Ehrhart

Nicole Ehrhart York County Family Law and Municipal AttorneyNicole M. Ehrhart, born Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; admitted to the Pennsylvania bar, 2005. 

Education:  Elizabethtown College (B.S. in Biology, 2001, cum laude); Widener University School of Law (J.D. 2005).

Member:  Pennsylvania Bar Association; York County Bar Association.

Areas of Concentration

  • Family Law: divorce, custody, adoption, support, protection from abuse, dependency, co-habitation agreements, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements


  • Municipal Law: land use and development, zoning, appellate practice.

           Ms. Ehrhart is currently the solicitor for Springettsbury Township Planning Commission.  Ms. Ehrhart has successfully argued and litigated on behalf of our municipalities in the Court of Common Pleas as well as the Commonwealth Court.  Ms. Ehrhart has been involved in litigating numerous zoning cases involving validity, interpretation and enforcement of zoning laws and other ordinances.

Community Involvement:  While attending Widener University, Ms. Ehrhart was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic.  Ms. Ehrhart is a former board member of ACCESS-YORK, a non-profit organization committed to ending domestic violence in York County.  Ms. Ehrhart is currently a member of the York County Jaycees.   

Personal:  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ehrhart worked as a microbiologist with the pharmaceutical division of Lancaster Laboratories.  Ms. Ehrhart lives in Springettsbury Township with her husband, Christian, and son, Landon.
