Bios: David Wm. Bupp (of counsel) DAVID WM. BUPP, born York, Pennsylvania; admitted to bar, 1963, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia. Education: Dickinson College (A.B., 1960); Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1963); Georgetown University (LL.M., 1966). Recipient, Abel Klaw Prize for Trial Advocacy. City Solicitor, 1970-1974. Member: York County (President, 1988-1989), Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. [Capt., JAGC, U.S. Army, 1964-1967] David Bupp is highly regarded for his talents in the areas of
business law and finance. He has served as counsel to both lenders
and borrowers and has been involved in many of the most complex
financings completed in the York area. Mr. Bupp's expertise extends
from traditional commercial financing to industrial development
and municipal bond issues. He also concentrates in the areas of
business acquisition, real estate and real estate finance. Mr. Bupp
served as President of the York County Bar Association and serves
as a director for a number of civic and charitable organizations. |
