   Shane M. Rohrbaugh

Shane Rohrbaugh is excited to be a part of the Blakey, Yost, Bupp & Rausch team. Born and raised in York, Shane began his legal career in 2010 as a litigation paralegal after completing his bachelor’s degree at York College of Pennsylvania. As a paralegal, Shane learned the rules of civil procedure for the local courts in South Central Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania appellate courts, and the federal courts in Pennsylvania.

June, 2018Shane Rohrbaugh will be joining the Board of Directors of The Belmont Theatre (formerly the York Little Theater).  Shane’s term will begin in September, 2018.  In the meantime, Shane will be performing in the upcoming production of “South Pacific.”  The Belmont Theatre recently has undergone substantial changes including updates to technology used during theatrical productions, renovation of the theater, and additions to the professional staff.  Shane is excited and honored to be involved in such an organization and to help ensure a long-lasting, community-driven theater.  The Belmont offers fun, informational, and constructive summer programs for children and teens.

May, 2018:  We are pleased to announce the addition of Alan C. Green as an associate attorney with the firm.  Alan is a seasoned litigator in civil cases and employment law.    

April, 2018:  We are pleased to announce the addition of Shane Rorhbaugh as an associate attorney with the firm.  Shane will concentrate on civil litigation, municipal law, collections and business law.

If a neighbor wishes to trim an adjacent owner’s tree (branches, limbs, or roots) without seeking court involvement, the neighbor is permitted to do so, but only up to the property line that the tree has crossed.
