May, 2018:  We are pleased to announce the addition of Alan C. Green as an associate attorney with the firm.  Alan is a seasoned litigator in civil cases and employment law.    

April, 2018:  We are pleased to announce the addition of Shane Rorhbaugh as an associate attorney with the firm.  Shane will concentrate on civil litigation, municipal law, collections and business law. 

April, 2018:  Attorney Charles Rausch participated in a panel presentation on the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors annual convention in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

March, 2018:  Attorney Charles Rausch participated in a presentation for municipal solicitors on “Stress and Ethics” for the annual PELRAS conference held in State College, Pennsylvania.  PELRAS is the education arm of the Pennsylvania Municipal League.

The Commonwealth Court has upheld the ban on municipalities enacting an ordinance to restrict the unlawful carrying of firearms on property owned by the municipality.
